Private bookings for banned breeds, including XL Bullys. Please choose this option only if you have a banned breed. After booking, please make sure you send a copy of your IED Certificate and proof of 3rd Party Insurance to wdf@2k9petservices.uk - failure to will result in your booking being cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Winny's Dog Field for your booking. We understand that circumstances may change, and we appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy. No Cancellations: Once a booking is confirmed, cancellations are not allowed. We encourage you to carefully consider your plans before making a reservation. Rescheduling: Customers may reschedule their booking up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time. To do so, please log in to your account and reschedule your booking at least 12 hours prior to your booking. Refunds for Unusable Field: In the event that the booked field becomes unusable for any reason, such as maintenance issues or unforeseen circumstances, customers will be eligible for a refund or the option to reschedule. No Refunds for Bad Weather or Inability to Attend: We do not offer refunds for cancellations due to bad weather or personal reasons that prevent attendance. We recommend checking the weather forecast and ensuring your availability before confirming your booking.
